Free standard shipping within the United States is valid on all orders of $30 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Customers must select the standard shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping.

Most orders placed before 3 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays within the U.S.) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Priority delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Priority delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to COVID-19, packages may also be delayed. Please let us know if you haven't received your order when expected by contacting us at support@vintorio.com.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We do not support international shipping directly from our website to countries outside of the the United States at this time.
If you’re located in South Korea, you can purchase our products through vintorio.co.kr.
We also sell Vintorio products on local Amazon marketplaces like Germany, France, UK, Italy, Singapore, and Japan. The seller of the Vintorio product should be listed as Vintorio LLC or Vintorio Official.
