To be an authorized Vintorio retailer, you must currently have a physical (brick and mortar) store or a booth within a larger commercial location. Applications to sell or promote products on third-party sales sites, e.g. Amazon, Ebay, or Walmart, will not be accepted. If you have a physical retail store or booth, the location must be open with regular business hours.
Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting wholesale orders from online-only marketplaces/stores or those that sell only on Facebook or other third-party websites.
We typically require a minimum order of 100 units for most retailers.
Once the wholesale order is accepted, we will be able to create an invoice for you directly through our website, vintorio.com. You may pay for your invoice by way of credit card, bank deposit, Shop Pay, or PayPal. All payments are made in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
We may be able to accomodate small exterior packaging changes for orders above 1,000 units for an additional cost. We will not remove the Vintorio logo or branding from our products, and we do not allow rebranding of our products.
For orders below 100 units, we may be able to provide you with a discount on our website or via Amazon. We also provide discounted pricing for those enrolled with Amazon Business. Retailers will be responsible for all shipping costs and import fees/duties (if applicable). Once an order has been accepted and paid for in full, we will arrange for shipping of the products to the location nominated by you when placing the order.
If your order is paid in full and we have the appropriate stock on hand to fulfil your order, we will ship the products from our U.S. warehouse within 3 business days of the placement of the order.
For all U.S. orders below 100 units, we calculate shipping based on the weight of the shipment and the customer's location. Typically, the items will be dispatched via UPS. There will be no import fees as this order will be shipped domestically within the United States.
For larger quantities (150+ units), we may have to dispatch inventory from our overseas warehouse depending on local availability. Please contact us with your desired products and quantity for the most accurate shipping estimate. Lead time may vary depending on product quantity and availability.

If we are shipping wholesale orders directly from our factories, we must ask all wholesale customers upfront for their EIN number (EIN is a nine-digit number the IRS assigns to businesses for tax filing and reporting purposes). This is for clearing their orders through U.S. customs.
